What You’ll Do:
As our Inventory Parts Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things parts-related. You’ll ensure inventory accuracy, streamline parts organization, and lead a team that keeps our shop efficient and well-stocked.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing inventory levels and parts locations
- Overseeing the parts sales process from inquiry to invoicing
- Coordinating with technicians and counter staff to fulfill parts orders
- Leading inventory cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Creating and improving SOPs for inventory and receiving
- Supporting and mentoring team members
- Ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient parts department

- Strong knowledge of parts pricing and inventory systems
- CDK experience is a must
- CDJR is preferred, but not required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead, train, and support a team
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction
