Employee/Family health clinic is in need of 5 month, part-time, interim, primary care & occ med clinic coverage in Evansville, WI.

Details:

Aug 3 - Dec 30th

Hours: Every Wednesday, 9a-5p and every 2nd & 4th Thursday, 9:30a-6p

Scope: Primary Care on Wednesdays. Occupational Health on Thursdays

* DOT Drug Testing Yes

* Post-offer Physicals Yes

* Breath/Alcohol Test Yes

* Workers Compensation Yes

* Sport/School Physicals Yes

* Pap Smears/Well Woman Exams Yes

* Dispensary: Y

Staffing: NP & MA

$90 per hour

Paid Malpractice

Paid Shadow Training prior to start

Paid 2 hour module training prior to start

Requirements

Must have active NP licensure for WI

Board Certified

Must have clean medical and background check

Must be BC or truly BE

Must have 2+ years experience as NP in family medicine
