Description

We are searching for a family nurse practitioner located near Brodhead, Wisconsin to provide every other Thursday coverage for dates from Aug- Dec at our client's onsite employee clinic.

Coverage Needs - Thursdays starting Aug 20th - Dec 31 (8/20, 9/3, 9/17, 10/1, 10/15, 11/5, 11/19, 12/3, 12/17, 12/31)
Schedule: 9:30a-6p

Scope: Primary Care and Occupational Health

* What ages do they see? 3 and up

* Occ health experience

* Who else works in the clinic? MA, NP

* Occ Health Services: Yes

* Non-DOT Drug Testing: Yes

* DOT Drug Testing: Yes

* Post-offer Physicals: Yes

* Breath/Alcohol: Yes

* Workers Compensation: Yes

* Sport/School Physicals: Yes

* Pap Smears/Well Woman Exams: Yes

* Dispensary: Yes

Requirements

Active Wisconsin Nurse Practitioner License
BLS
Must be BC
Must have 2+ years experience as an FNP in primary care
