Route & Schedule Highlights

• OTR Regional Routes covering Texas, Florida, and Pennsylvania
• Limited East Coast travel
• ? NO New York boroughs
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Home every Friday night, with potential mid-week home nights depending on loads
• The majority drop & hook
• 100% no-touch freight

Pay & Compensation

• $0.50 per mile
• Hourly and drop/hook pay (where applicable)
• Annual safety bonuses
• Consistent miles with organized dispatch & clear communication

Equipment You’ll Drive

• Newer trucks – 2016 & 2022 models
• 72 MPH governed speed
• Trucks are professionally cleaned before assignment
• Brand-new mattress provided for every new hire
• Well-maintained equipment—no junk, no surprises

What You’ll Do

• Deliver trailers and switchers safely and on schedule
• Maintain accurate paperwork and communicate daily with the transportation manager
• Operate equipment safely, courteously, and efficiently
• Represent Trailer Equipment / Trailer X-Press professionally at customer sites

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Clean MVR
• Ability to pass physical, drug screen, and background check
• 6 months OTR experience in the past 12 months
  or 1 year OTR in the last 3 years

Preferred

• 2 years of semi-trailer driving experience
• Strong communication and reliability
