About the Role
The Outpatient Support & Data Lead plays a vital role in coordinating outpatient operations, mentoring administrative staff, and transforming operational data into actionable insights. This position ensures a balance between compassionate service and efficient workflow — helping our team deliver outstanding care and support to every patient we serve.
As a Outpatient Support & Data Lead, you will:
- Provide administrative direction, leadership, and supervisor of support staff.
- Conduct Employee Performance Management Activities
- Oversee all activities for the day-to-day operations of the office support functions
- Prepare a wide variety of administrative reports and performs special projects as requested
- Ensure and maintains the data integrity of the EHR system.
- Oversee all scheduling reconciliation and works on client demographics.
- Provide and performs back up in all support staff areas (i.e. front reception, intake, insurances etc.) as time permits or need demands.
- Perform other duties as requested.
- Must be able to apply Therapeutic Effective Aggression Management (CPI/CARE) Techniques without limitations.
Education and Experience:
- An associate's degree or five years of experience will be considered.
- A minimum of two years of supervisory experience is recommended
