We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team at Urology Specialists of the Carolinas. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to support financial operations across multiple practice locations while contributing to a stable, physician-led healthcare organization. Responsibilities

• Maintains general ledger accuracy through journal entries and account analysis.
• Provides support for accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Performs bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
• Assists with monthly close processes and preparation of financial reports.
• Supports budgeting activities, audits, and internal control initiatives.
• Collaborates with internal teams to support financial operations across multiple practice locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting or staff accountant experience.
• Prior experience in a physician practice or medical clinic strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems; NetSuite ERP experience highly preferred.
• Ability to adapt and succeed in a growing, evolving organization.
