Mo's FroYo & Jo is a friendly, family-focused frozen yogurt and coffee shop committed to providing high-quality products and an exceptional guest experience. We are seeking dependable, positive team members to join our small, fast-paced team.

Position Summary
The Frozen Yogurt Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving frozen yogurt, coffee, and other beverages, maintaining a clean and organized shop, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare frozen yogurt, toppings, and condiments for guest
• Prepare coffee and other beverages accurately
• Operate POS system and handle cash and card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, machines, dining areas, floors, & dishes
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and shop SOPs
• Restock toppings, cups, and supplies as needed
• Assist with opening and closing duties as scheduled
• Able to complete any additional duties that may be assigned

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Previous food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
• Must obtain Idaho Food Handlers Card with in 2 weeks of hire date

Scheduling Requirements

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
• Flexible shifts available; ideal for students or those seeking supplemental income
