Description
- Manage and oversee inventory control and quality assurance operations for Pacific-region CIF facilities supporting NECC.
- Ensure accurate accountability, storage, and disposition of Infantry Combat Equipment (ICE) and related assets.
- Develop and maintain warehouse layout plans, storage configurations, and material flow to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute cyclical, wall-to-wall, and spot inventories to maintain audit readiness and data integrity.
- Conduct quality control inspections on received, issued, returned, and reconstituted gear to ensure serviceability standards are met.
- Identify discrepancies, trends, and systemic issues; implement corrective actions in coordination with site leadership and the Project Manager.
- Oversee packing and preparation of material for shipment, transfer, or disposition through DLA Disposition Services.
- Ensure all inventory activities comply with PWS requirements, security protocols, and government property accountability standards.
- Support warehouse leadership in training staff on inventory procedures, documentation, and quality standards.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for inventory accuracy, audit preparation, and process improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or quality control in a logistics environment.
- Prior experience in DoD, federal, or defense-related warehousing strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing inventory in high-accountability environments.
- Experience supporting audit readiness, physical inventories, and reconciliation processes.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead by influence and collaborate with site leadership and warehouse staff.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking tools.
- Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and operational integrity.
Certifications / Education
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications in inventory management, quality assurance, or logistics are a plus.
Security Requirement
