The Community Outreach & Participant Recruitment Manager leads outreach, recruitment, eligibility screening, and intake to ensure equitable access for eligible clean energy contractors in alignment with CEJA placement requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement outreach and recruitment strategies targeting equity investment eligible communities
• Conduct eligibility screening and participant intake
• Coordinate recruitment with Energy Transition Navigators and community partners
• Track recruitment metrics and placement compliance

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Experience in community outreach, recruitment, or workforce development
• Demonstrated ability to engage equity-focused populations
