The Entrepreneurship & Contractor Training Lead designs and delivers entrepreneurship and contractor readiness training aligned with clean energy industry requirements and CEJA program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver workshops, cohort-based training, and instructional programming
• Coordinate instructors and partner organizations
• Evaluate training effectiveness and participant outcomes

• Experience in adult education, workforce training, or entrepreneurship instruction
