Position Overview
The Marketing Operations Lead plays a critical role in driving new patient acquisition and supporting overall practice growth. This position reports to the Marketing Operations Manager and partners closely with regional operations leaders, practice managers, and doctors to align marketing efforts with business goals.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution at the local level.
What You'll do
- Support the development and execution of local marketing strategies to drive new patient growth
- Build tailored marketing plans for assigned brands and identify opportunities to improve patient acquisition and retention
- Develop and manage content calendars across social media, email, and patient communications
- Oversee Marketing Specialists, including auditing daily tasks and monthly KPIs
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as new patient growth, MQLs, engagement, and revenue attribution
- Assist with digital marketing efforts, including listings management
- Coordinate and triage local marketing requests with digital and creative teams
- Build strong relationships with partner doctors, office teams, and community contacts
- Support referral strategies, local events, and sponsorship opportunities, including execution and logistics
- Act as a liaison between partner practices and internal teams
- Assist with procurement of printed materials and coordination with vendors
What Success Looks Like
- Growth in new patients and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Increased social media engagement and referral traffic
- Strong revenue performance aligned with marketing budget
- Successful local events and community engagement
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, community relations, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with social media, event planning, and relationship building
- Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and adapt quickly
- Familiarity with print production and vendor coordination is a plus
- Ability to travel locally up to 50%
