As a Hydronic Installation Technician, you will help us live out our Vision & Mission and meet our growth-oriented goals as the premier heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing service provider in Northwest Washington.
At Barron, our Hydronic Installation Technician will:
- Support team members while consistently delivering world-class customer service
- Perform maintenance to restore systems to engineer specifications and ensure maximum efficiency
- Troubleshoot and repair complex systems and controls
- Clearly communicate repair options and system improvement recommendations to customers
- Stay current on new equipment, emerging technologies, and applicable electrical codes
- Willingness to travel throughout Barron’s service areas as needed
- Work a 4-day schedule, with hours and days varying based on business needs
- Maintain flexibility to work longer hours when necessary to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and customers are fully served
- Safely lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing 50-75 lbs., and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Perform physical job tasks including bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, and working in confined or overhead spaces

Compensation:
- Full-Time
- $35.00-$60.00 per hour; DOE
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Hydronics experience (required)
- Experience installing and servicing Air to Water Heat Pumps (preferred)
- Experience working with your hands (i.e., personal automotive projects, woodworking)
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools
- Valid Washington State driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
