At Barron, our Hydronic Installation Technician will:

  • Support team members while consistently delivering world-class customer service
  • Perform maintenance to restore systems to engineer specifications and ensure maximum efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex systems and controls
  • Clearly communicate repair options and system improvement recommendations to customers
  • Stay current on new equipment, emerging technologies, and applicable electrical codes
  • Willingness to travel throughout Barron’s service areas as needed
  • Work a 4-day schedule, with hours and days varying based on business needs
  • Maintain flexibility to work longer hours when necessary to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and customers are fully served
  • Safely lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing 50-75 lbs., and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
  • Perform physical job tasks including bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, and working in confined or overhead spaces

Compensation:

  • Full-Time
  • $35.00-$60.00 per hour; DOE 

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Hydronics experience (required)
  • Experience installing and servicing Air to Water Heat Pumps (preferred)
  • Experience working with your hands (i.e., personal automotive projects, woodworking)
  • Experience working with hand tools and power tools
  • Valid Washington State driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
