Returns Lead
Description

 General Description: 

The retail coordinator provides direction, instructions, and guidance to the team to achieve their goals. The leader will know their team members' strengths, weaknesses, and how-to motivate them to get optimal productivity from the team. The Coordinator will need to oversee and support multiple departments.  


Essential Duties & Job Functions: 

  1. Maintain a high level of understanding of company guidelines, rules, and regulations  
  2. Assist in developing strategies for the team to reach their goals 
  3. Knowledge to perform all essential duties listed for Retail/Returns Lead, Quality Control (QC), Logger and Sorter 
  4. Communicate clear instructions to team members and management 
  5. Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training provided is applied 
  6. Manage daily operations 
  7. Assist with Administrative duties 
  8. Problem-Solving within the department as needed 
  9. Delegate tasks and set deadlines 
Requirements

 

Job Qualifications Mandatory: 

  1. Highschool diploma or equivalent  
  2. Understands warehouse functions 
  3. Strong data entry and typing skills  
  4. Detail oriented 
  5. Understand systematical functions on a high level. 
  6. Experience with CRM’s (Customer Relationship Management) 
  7. Communication Skills: Coordinator will need to communicate efficiently with team and superiors 
  8. Leadership Skills: Coordinator will resolve conflicts, keep employees motivated and on-task 
  9. Critical-Thinking Skills: Coordinator will determine the right course of action 
  10. Organizational Skills: Coordinator will manage time, employees, and ensure all moving pieces remain in order in the department  
  11. Problem-Solving Skills: Coordinator will define problems, come up with alternatives, assess which is the best course of action and act on it  

Preferred Qualifications: 

  1. Knowledge on Microsoft Office programs  
  2. Knowledge on 3PL program  
  3. Understand all SLA standards 
  4. Prior experience leading a team  

Work Environment: 

  1. This is a Denver based position operating out of a Warehouse environment  
  • Warehouse Environmental Conditions are as follows.  
  • Moderate noise level in the work environment.  
  • Work environment is indoors.  
  • Warehouse temperatures may vary depending on outside temperatures.  

Physical Demands: 

  • Sight:  Must be able to see well enough to read product lot numbers and expiration dates, read reports, and use a computer.  
  • Hearing:  Must be able to hear well enough to communicate in person or via technology, and to hear warning signals of forklifts and warehouse equipment.  
  • Standing:  Must be able to stand for shift duration.  
  • Walking:  Must be able to walk without assistance to perform job duties. 
  • Mobility:  Must be able to be mobile to operate warehouse machinery.  
  • Sitting:  Must be able to sit for shift duration.  
  • Stooping, Kneeling:  Must be able to stoop or kneel for short periods of time.  
  • Lifting:  Must be able to lift 50 lbs – 70 lbs.  
  • Hand Mobility:  Must be able to have mobility in hands to open and seal packaging, utilize keyboard functions, and utilize phone systems.
