About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Operations Analyst Technician who enjoys creating clarity, improving processes, and supporting a culture of operational excellence. This role centers on documenting manufacturing processes within our ERP system and collaborating across teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency while being guided by a manufacturing engineer. What You’ll Do
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed manufacturing process documentation within the ERP system
- Partner with engineering, production, quality, and production scheduling teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy
- Apply lean manufacturing concepts to support process improvements and waste reduction
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to streamline operations
- Support manufacturing engineering initiatives through data collection, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Ensure documentation aligns with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist in training team members on new or updated processes
- Work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Willing to dig in and find solutions when challenges arise
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering support, or a related technical field
- 2-year degree in business or technical field or 4 years of manufacturing experience
- Exposure to lean manufacturing principles (5S, standard work, continuous improvement, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, data organization, reporting)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and process documentation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

Requirements
Qualifications/Experience:
- Equivalent to a two or four year degree preferred with major course work in an engineering curriculum or a related area of study; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job
- Knowledge of Solid Works – 2007 or newer
- Knowledge of electrical circuits and hydraulic system design
- Must have strong math skills including geometry and trigonometry
- Excellent computer knowledge and skills with drafting programs
- Excellent communication skills required
- Must be detail oriented and possess a willingness to accept challenges and strive for continual improvement in all areas
- Must be safety minded and practice shop safety
- Must be self motivated to work independently
