We’re seeking a motivated Operations Analyst Technician who enjoys creating clarity, improving processes, and supporting a culture of operational excellence. This role centers on documenting manufacturing processes within our ERP system and collaborating across teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency while being guided by a manufacturing engineer. What You’ll Do

  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed manufacturing process documentation within the ERP system
  • Partner with engineering, production, quality, and production scheduling teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Apply lean manufacturing concepts to support process improvements and waste reduction
  • Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to streamline operations
  • Support manufacturing engineering initiatives through data collection, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure documentation aligns with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in training team members on new or updated processes
  • Work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Willing to dig in and find solutions when challenges arise
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering support, or a related technical field
  • 2-year degree in business or technical field or 4 years of manufacturing experience
  • Exposure to lean manufacturing principles (5S, standard work, continuous improvement, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, data organization, reporting)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and process documentation
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement

Requirements

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Equivalent to a two or four year degree preferred with major course work in an engineering curriculum or a related area of study; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job 
  •  Knowledge of Solid Works – 2007 or newer
  • Knowledge of electrical circuits and hydraulic system design
  • Must have strong math skills including geometry and trigonometry
  • Excellent computer knowledge and skills with drafting programs
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Must be detail oriented and possess a willingness to accept challenges and strive for continual improvement in all areas 
  • Must be safety minded and practice shop safety
  • Must be self motivated to work independently
