What You’ll Do:

As a Service Technician, you'll run residential service calls—performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll explain issues clearly, provide options without pressure, and help homeowners make confident, informed decisions. This role is about solving problems, building trust, and taking pride in work that lasts.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience in residential settings
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• EPA Certification required (NATE Certification is a plus)
• Great communicator with a confident, friendly attitude
• Ability to educate customers and explain solutions clearly
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in doing it right
• Your own basic hand tools and a commitment to professionalism
