Position Overview: 

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality resident care. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with other team members to ensure best outcomes.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff

• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions

Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

  • A valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least one year experience in long term care.
