Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition

- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

- Proven experience in emergency or acute care nursing preferred

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations

- Knowledge of emergency medical procedures, protocols, and equipment
