Position Summary
The Optometrist reports to the Director of Optometry and provides comprehensive, high-quality eye and vision care to HCHC patients. This role is responsible for delivering patient-centered optometric services including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and coordination of care within an integrated healthcare setting.
The Optometrist works collaboratively with primary care providers and other health professionals to ensure patients receive coordinated, whole-person care.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Optometrist (OD) License with therapeutic privileges.
- Eligible for board certification in optometry, if applicable.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.

$88,498 – $104,254
