Your Role on the Team
Imperial Garden Apartments are an affordable 300 unit family property in Smyrna, TN. As a Groundskeeper, you’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the apartment community. Duties include walking the property to pick up trash, sweeping breezeways, cleaning common areas, assisting with vacant apartment clean-outs, and performing light maintenance tasks as needed. This role supports the day-to-day upkeep of the property and helps ensure a clean, well-maintained environment for residents and visitors.
Who is our Ideal Candidate?
- Previous working experience in grounds and/or custodial work is preferred.
- A person with a desire to be outdoors and working hands-on the majority of the day.
- A person with the desire and ability to learn and grow on the job.
- A person willing to pitch in for all aspects of property maintenance where needed.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
