What You'll Do

The Event Installation Specialist serves as a key member of the PEAK Experience Team in a seasonal full-time role during prime event months. This team services large-scale experiential events and lifetime clients in Rhode Island. The Event Installation Specialist acts as a liaison between Sales & Operations internally, and between delivery teams & the client to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.  

The Day-to-Day

• Serve as customer’s primary point of contact on-site during installations, and function as company lead on-site for multiple PEAK product installation teams
• Meet with customers, caterers, and additional vendors onsite
• Arrive on site prepared as an expert in job requirements, production schedules, floorplans and customer expectations
• Set and uphold a professional standard 
• Is very familiar with the team and with vendor/venue specific load-in requirements
• Conduct, when necessary, production calls & site visits with sales team
• Coordinate and supervise, when necessary, the load out of designated jobs
• React quickly and appropriately to change requests leading up to and during installations
• Troubleshoot any potential issues and resolve accordingly 
• Note and communicate installation details into Salesforce after events – debrief with management teams with a post event report.

What We're Looking For

• Hospitality experience is a plus 
• Experience in live events is preferred 
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Constant professionalism
• Proficiency in executing successful events with regard to safety and professionalism
• Flexibility and a “make it happen” mindset
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
