Responsibilities
- Develop and execute dealership marketing campaigns and events.
- Manage social media, digital ads, and website updates.
- Create engaging content that highlights the Harley-Davidson experience.
- Build partnerships with community organizations and media outlets.
- Track campaign performance and report results to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, automotive, or powersports industries.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools.
- Strong creative, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to plan and execute large-scale events with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI.
- Familiarity with Harley-Davidson culture and customers preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement preferred.
