Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute dealership marketing campaigns and events.
  • Manage social media, digital ads, and website updates.
  • Create engaging content that highlights the Harley-Davidson experience.
  • Build partnerships with community organizations and media outlets.
  • Track campaign performance and report results to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, automotive, or powersports industries.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools.
  • Strong creative, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute large-scale events with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI.
  • Familiarity with Harley-Davidson culture and customers preferred.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement preferred.
