Key Responsibilities
    •    Respond promptly to internet leads and online inquiries
    •    Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to answer questions and provide vehicle information
    •    Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership
    •    Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
    •    Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
    •    Follow up with potential buyers to maintain engagement and build relationships
    •    Work closely with the sales and finance teams to support the purchase process
    •    Stay informed about vehicle inventory, pricing, and current promotions
    •    Meet and exceed monthly sales and appointment goals

Qualifications
    •    Strong communication and customer service skills
    •    Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain organized follow-up
    •    Professional and positive attitude
    •    Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    •    Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
    •    Valid driver’s license required
