We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the kitchen team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations

- Develop and update menu offerings, incorporating innovative dishes and seasonal ingredients

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety in compliance with health regulations

- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs

- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment

- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction

- Monitor kitchen equipment and facilities, ensuring proper maintenance and safety protocols are followed

- Implement and uphold sanitation and safety standards in accordance with regulatory requirements

- Other duties as assigned


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a reputable restaurant or hospitality setting

- Strong culinary skills with expertise in various cuisines and cooking techniques

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities

- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources

- Creativity and passion for culinary innovation

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Relevant culinary certifications or degrees are preferred

- Able to lift 50lbs

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

- Degree or certification in culinary arts is a plus
