Hey, are you looking for a position in Customer Service? Have you ever heard of a  Dry Cleaning Kiosk? Here's the lowdown:

Your Schedule (It's a little flexible!):

  • Standard hours are Mon 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and Tue-Fri 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
  • You'll also have rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
  • Sometimes overtime is available at other locations as well!

What You'll Be Doing (Your Job as a "Customer Pleaser"):

  • You're the friendly face! Welcome everyone, be positive, kind, and respectful to customers and your teammates.
  • Help customers drop off and pick up their orders using the kiosk.
  • Pay close attention when handling orders—make sure you detail, rack (load), and check everything for accuracy and condition.
  • If there's a problem, jump on it and follow through professionally.
  • You'll use a computer every day (basic skills are fine).
  • Keep your work area clean and tidy.
  • Be reliable—show up on time, in uniform, and ready to go!
  • We need you to be trustworthy and motivated.
Requirements

 

Things You Need to Be Able to Do:

  • Standing: You'll be on your feet for most of your shift (typically  6-7 hours).
  • Lifting: You need to be able to bend, lift, and carry garment/laundry bags up to about 30 lbs.
  • Skills: You need to be detail-oriented and great at following directions.
  • Talking: Excellent speaking and writing skills are a must for dealing with customers every day.
  • Vibe: You are kind, caring, and professional when talking to people, no matter what's going on personally and professionally.
