Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc., a human service agency supporting people with disabilities is actively seeking an energetic, team-oriented professional to join our team in our IDD Residential Services Division.
The Nurse Administrator -RN (Nurse) is responsible for supporting the administrative and training needs for Threshold's intellectual, developmental, and disabilities (IDD) programs. This position requires the Nurse to oversee the medical policies and procedures of the IDD department. The Nurse reviews records to ensure accuracy. The Nurse assists the staff in understanding medical directives from physicians and ensures that all medical appointments, corresponding documentation, and medication is documented correctly in the Electronic Health Records System (EHR). The Nurse oversees the records management function and ensures that records are properly filed, secured, and disposed. The Nurse reviews and improves the medication procedures and medication documentation to ensure it is complete and correct, and that it meets the licensing and legal requirements. the Nurse may work with the IDD team members to ensure the team has accurate training and documentation necessary to support the medical needs of the clients. The Nurse reports to the Director of IDD Residential Services.
The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., flexible. These are great work hours with paid holidays off starting day one of employment!!

- Registered Nurse Required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Experience with disabilities preferred.
- Two years health care experience.
- Experience with development and implementation of medical policies and procedures.
- Computer knowledge is a must
- Valid PA Driver's License
- Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver

- PA Motor Vehicle Record Check
- FBI Clearance (if candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years)
