Drive company growth by generating new clients and increasing billable hours through strategic community outreach and strong referral relationships.
This is a field-based, results-driven role focused on turning outreach efforts into active cases and measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach & Relationship Building
- Conduct regular in-person visits to:
- Hospitals
- Senior living communities
- Rehab and skilled nursing facilities
- Case managers and community partners
- Hospitals
- Build and maintain trusted, professional relationships
- Represent Healthy at Home Caregivers consistently and professionally
- Stay visible and active in the community
Client Growth & Revenue Generation
- Generate new client opportunities through outreach efforts
- Convert referrals into active care cases
- Drive weekly growth in billable hours
- Focus on high-quality referral sources that produce real results
Pipeline Ownership & Follow-Through
- Track all outreach, referrals, and follow-ups in CRM
- Ensure no qualified lead is lost due to lack of follow-up
- Maintain an active and organized pipeline
- Follow each opportunity through to conversion or closure
Reporting & Accountability
- Provide weekly reporting on:
- Referrals generated
- New clients started
- Billable hours added
- Referrals generated
- Take ownership of performance metrics and outcomes
Requirements

You must:
- Be confident walking into new environments and initiating conversations
- Build trust quickly and maintain professional relationships
- Be highly self-driven and results-oriented
- Demonstrate strong follow-through and accountability
- Be organized and able to manage your own pipeline and activity
Preferred (not required):
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or community outreach
