About the Program:

Join Freeman Webb’s Maintenance in Training Program, a structured 90-day development initiative designed to transform high-potential individuals into skilled Maintenance Technicians. This hands-on program combines classroom instruction, virtual learning, and on-site field experience to provide the training, mentorship, and real-world exposure needed to succeed in the maintenance field.

What You’ll Learn:

Program Structure:

• Phase 1 (Day 1–5): Orientation, safety training, company policies, and introduction to maintenance standards.
• Phase 2 (Day 6–90): Daily on-site training with seasoned mentors, exposure to diverse building systems, and supplemental virtual/classroom sessions.

Post-Program Opportunities:
