We are seeking a compassionate and service-oriented Healthcare Concierge to join our senior living community. This role serves as a welcoming presence for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a supportive, respectful, and engaging environment. The Healthcare Concierge plays a key role in enhancing the overall resident experience by assisting with daily needs, coordinating services, and fostering meaningful connections.
- Warmly greet residents, families, and visitors, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Provide guidance and information about community amenities, healthcare services, and activities
- Support residents with non-clinical needs while promoting independence and dignity
- Act as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare or administrative staff
- Help coordinate events and activities within the community
- Respond to resident inquiries or concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality and respect residents’ privacy at all times
- Assist with front desk duties including answering phones and managing visitor check-ins

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, senior care, hospitality, or healthcare preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for working with older adults
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills; Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
