Psychiatrist Opportunity – Flexible Practice (Inpatient, Outpatient, or Hybrid)

Ally Psychiatry is excited to offer a new opportunity for a full-time Psychiatrist to join our growing team in Chattanooga, TN. This position offers exceptional flexibility—practice inpatient, outpatient, or a combination of both—within a supportive and well-established behavioral health system.

Whether you enjoy the pace of inpatient care, the continuity of outpatient practice, or a balanced mix of both, this role allows you to tailor your work to your strengths and interests.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule 
• Practice setting flexibility: Inpatient, Outpatient, or Hybrid 
• Treat patients of all ages 
• Opportunity to supervise and collaborate with PMHNPs and other mid-level providers

Qualifications

Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry (ABPN). 

Active or eligible medical license in State that you are applying to 

Strong leadership and teaching skills, with a collaborative approach to care. 

Previous experience supervising mid-level providers is a plus.
