Towne Properties is hiring a Leasing Professional to join our team at Hilltop Apartments - Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving occupancy, closing leases, and delivering a high-quality resident experience from first tour through move-in.

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing position ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and results-driven.

What You’ll Do

• Work Monday through Friday 9am-6pm
• Conduct property tours and showcase apartments and amenities 
• Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospects to convert leads into leases 
• Manage applications, verifications, lease paperwork, and renewals 
• Ensure apartments are market-ready and prepared for move-in 
• Maintain model units and community presentation standards 
• Use property management software (Yardi preferred) for tracking and reporting 
• Support marketing efforts, social media, and resident events 
• Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation 

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of multifamily leasing experience (required) 
• Proven ability to close leases and manage the leasing cycle 
• Strong communication and customer service skills 
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software 
• Experience with lease renewals, resident retention, and outreach 
• Familiarity with social media marketing for apartment communities
