Role Summary
The Business Central Delivery and Integration Specialist is responsible for leading the functional design, implementation and ongoing optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
This role acts as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business processes are effectively translated into system configuration while coordinating ERP delivery activities across internal teams and external partners.
The role combines ERP functional expertise, business analysis, and implementation coordination, ensuring Business Central supports operational efficiency across finance, order management, inventory, and production workflows.

Key Responsibilities
ERP Functional Leadership
Lead functional configuration and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Own functional areas such as:
o Finance
o Order management
o Inventory & warehouse
o Procurement
o Production / manufacturing (if applicable).
Ensure EPR Solutions align with standardised business processes and best practices.
Implementation Delivery
Coordinate the ERP implementation lifecycle, including:
o Discovery
o Process design
o Configuration
o Testing
o Go-live support
o Post-implementation optimization.
Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
Maintain visibility of project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Business Engagement & Facilitation
Act as the primary ERP contact for business stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams across:
o Finance
o Operations
o Supply Chain
o Production
o Customer Service
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve process and system issues.
- Support organisational change management and ERP adoption.
Integration & Systems Coordination
• Work closely with technical teams to support ERP integrations, including:
o APIs
o Warehouse systems
o Production workflow platforms
o Reporting tools.
• Assist in defining integration requirements and validating solutions.
Testing & Quality Assurance
• Define and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
•Develop functional test scenarios and validate system changes.
•Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
Continuous Improvement
• Maintain and prioritise the ERP functional backlog.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through system enhancements.
• Support future system upgrades and feature adoption.
Required Experience
• 5+ years ERP functional experience
• 3+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or large system changes
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience working with cross-functional operational teams
Desired Experience
• ERP experience in manufacturing, fulfilment, logistics, or distribution environments
• Experience supporting ERP integrations and APIs
• Experience coordinating system implementations or major enhancements
Familiarity with Power Platform or Microsoft ecosystem
