Product Lifecycle Manager

Who We Are

At Gaia Herbs, we’re rooted in a deep commitment to the planet and to the people we serve. For decades, we’ve been crafting herbal supplements with integrity: from seed to shelf. Our team moves with purpose, sweats the details, and believes that great products start long before they hit the shelf.

The Role

• We’re looking for a mid-level Product Lifecycle Manager for Gaia Herbs and Gaia Herbs Pro to own the end-to-end coordination of our product portfolio: from the earliest innovation stages all the way through launch and beyond. This personal will be a crucial cross-functional member of the innovation program. Leand with brand and marketing insights while communicating updates with internal teams. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, regulatory, R&D, and sales, making sure every product detail is dialed in and every deadline is met.

Responsibilities

• Charters: Lead the development of innovation and reformation charters, clearly defining product scope, objectives, and timelines for cross-functional teams.

• Reformulations: Central role in the reformulation process from consumer listening to monitoring the latest trends in the industry for ingredient updates. This role is pivotal to the success of making sure all of our products are utilizing the most successful formula possible.

• Copy Collections: Gather, organize, and manage all product copy, ensuring accuracy, routing appropriate legal and regulatory approvals, and maintaining consistency across the portfolio.

• PIM/DAM: Managing the PIM/DAM responsibilities for product updates from copy collections to updated product related assets and insuring all assets are up-to-date, approved, and available on the PIM/DAM.

• Names & Claims: Coordinate the development and approval of product names and marketing claims, working closely with medical, regulatory, legal, and brand teams to keep everything compliant and compelling.

• Product Launch Deck Coordination: Drive the creation and alignment of launch decks, pulling together inputs from stakeholders across the business to tell a clear, cohesive product story.

• Labels: Manage label development for change requests, reformulations, and innovations: tracking revisions and approvals from first draft to final print-ready file; including identifying if FAQs or product copy need to be updated with label changes.

• TDS & Product Sell Sheets: Own the creation and maintenance of Technical Data Sheets and sell sheets, ensuring sales and retail partners always have current, accurate product information.

Requirements

What You Bring

• 2-4 years of experience in product management, project coordination, or a related role: ideally in supplements, CPG, or a regulated industry.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Comfort working cross-functionally with teams like R&D, regulatory, marketing, and sales.

• A sharp eye for detail, especially when it comes to copy, claims, and compliance.

• Experience with label development or regulatory submissions is a plus.

• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.).

Why You’ll Love It Here
