Job Summary

The Regional Director Corporate Accounts will be working with a cross functional group, consisting of modality, commercial, and executive team members to increase United Imaging’s presence in the corporate healthcare market space, by developing, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN), including national imaging centers, and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO).   Successful candidates will demonstrate the characteristics of authenticity and integrity that are needed to build meaningful and lasting relationships with our customers. Directors of Corporate Accounts will serve as the architect and strategic hub to provide a holistic approach to corporate account management.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy and business plan for corporate account penetration with a given region, leveraging the product and business solution portfolio to increase United Imaging’s market presence.
  • Establish United Imaging brand with the region, growing the installed base and reputation by delighting customers with consistent and expeditious customer expectation management.
  • Navigate the intricate environment complexities of a corporate account and be able to navigate and match UIH personnel to the environment needs.
  • Lead and support a deal team consisting of account executives, modality managers, product management and executive leadership to develop and execute a strategy that will result in adoption of UIH brand and product.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the unique customer needs and be able to represent and shape those needs into a mutually beneficial partnership. 
  • Be the voice of the customer, present their perspective and needs related to imaging trends.
  • Consult and present for customers on product offerings business solutions and guide customers through the sales process.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients that have influence in UIH equipment decisions, including clinical leaders and decision teams, supply chain leaders, IDN and GPO executives, etc.
  • Support the account team with strategy to develop and maintain a qualified sales funnel to ensure over-achievement.
  • Develop, nurture, and maintain customer references and installed base in support of national show sites.
  • Maintain deep domain expertise in healthcare as pertaining to all imaging modalities, including market and competitive intelligence.
Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above or/ equivalent work experience required


Experience

  • Candidates will have minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic healthcare accounts.
  • Extensive knowledge of medical imaging in healthcare market trends
  • Managed cross functional teams

  • Ability to navigate complex situations and organizational structures and drive team towards successful      outcomes. 
  • Proven ability to build a strong sales funnel and impactful client relationships
  • Demonstration of a strong customer orientation, high energy and motivation, and willingness to travel within      an assigned region (50% travel or more, business needs dictate)
