At Barron, our HVAC Service Technician will:
- Support team members while consistently delivering world-class customer service
- Follow established diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable service
- Clearly communicate diagnostic findings, repair options and preventive maintenance recommendations to customers
- Perform scheduled maintenance and precision tune-ups to ensure efficient, safe operations on HVAC/R systems
- Complete all job tasks, documentation, and required paperwork accurately and on time
- Actively promote maintenance memberships and communicate current promotional offers during visits
- Maintain flexibility to travel throughout Barron’s service areas as needed
- Work a 4-day schedule with hours and days varying based on business needs, including occasional weekend shifts with applicable pay premiums
- Collaborate effectively with the Customer Experience (CXS) team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintain required certifications and stay current on industry best practices, technology and CEU requirements
- Meet and exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company vehicle
- Maintain a professional, Barron-branded appearance in accordance with company policy
- Participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends, with paid overtime for all on-call work
- Safely lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing 50-75 lbs., and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Perform physical job tasks including bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, and working in confined or overhead spaces

Experience & Qualifications:
- 6+ months HVAC experience (required)
- Active and up to date 06A Electrical License or trainee card (required)
- EPA 608 Technician Certification (preferred but not required)
- NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
- HVAC Technical Degree (preferred but not required)
- Experience working with your hands (i.e., personal automotive projects, woodworking)
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Pre-employment Drug Screening
- High School Diploma or GED
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
Compensation:
- Full-Time
- $24.00-$47.00 per hour; DOE
