Business Relations Representative
Description

Summary

Identifies and nurtures strategic relationships with partners or potential customers. Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. Works with marketing, sales, and other team members to implement business development.  


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assertively prospect and sell Common area maintenance programs and other services to Homeowner Association in your region. 
  • Assist in Developing a strategic sales plan for assigned territory. The plan will target specific Management companies and desirable properties within each of the market sectors.
  • Build and present professional relationships to Managers and Board members.
  • Conduct presentations in front of Association Board Meetings. 
  • Stay positive and overcome objectives well returning client feedback to operations.
  • Input all prospecting and customer contact activity in the CRM system. Effectively Utilize the CRM to keep organized and maximize daily productivity and knowledge of the marketplace.
  • Attend networking functions, trade shows, and lunch and learns to gain exposure within the market and participate in association committees and meetings.
  • Deliver sealed bids to clients.
  • Perform photo reports on various properties.


Requirements

 Skills and Abilities 

  • Customer Experience Specialist requires three (3) or more or more years of working experience preferably in the HOA industry. 
  • High level of customer service and focus is mandatory for this position. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, time management, and organizational skills. 
  • Able to interact with managers at all department levels.
  • The ability to build and maintain client/customer relationships. 
  • Proficient with technology including intermediate computer skills, smartphone, and tablet use. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with and communication with Company Management. 
  • Must be clear and articulate with strong writing and clear presentation skills. 
  • Must possess the ability to plan, organize, and work independently. 
  •  Essential personal characteristics of initiative, ingenuity, persuasiveness, flexibility, and innovation. 
  • Must be able to set priorities and stick to them, frequently under demanding circumstances. 
  • Physical Abilities: Requires sitting for extended periods of time, walking, bending, reaching
