Position Overview


We are seeking a part-time Concierge to join our front desk team at our Historic Inn. This role is guest-facing and focused on delivering a thoughtful, well-executed experience from arrival through departure. The position also supports light breakfast service on mornings when guests are in-house. The right candidate is attentive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a calm, professional presence.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide personalized assistance to guests, anticipating needs and tailoring recommendations
  • Serve as a local resource for dining, activities, and transportation
  • Manage reservations, special requests, and guest communications
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless stay
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Build relationships with guests and local partners to enhance the overall experience
  • Support breakfast service as needed, including:
    • Preparing and maintaining warm items
    • Plating and serving guests
    • Replenishing items throughout service
    • Clearing tables and maintaining a clean service area
    • Washing dishes and resetting for the next service

  • Availability for a part-time schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Breakfast service is typically up to 2 hours on days with guests in-house
