What You’ll Do

• Clean and service grease traps in restaurants and commercial kitchens 
• Follow a daily route while working independently at each location 
• Troubleshoot  issues and ensure systems are working properly 
• Communicate      with customers and complete service reports 
• Respond      to occasional emergency service calls 

What to Expect

• Physical,  hands-on work (lifting, bending, tight spaces) 
• Strong  odors and messy conditions (not a desk job) 
• Indoor + outdoor work in all weather 
• Overtime,  weekends, and on-call rotation as needed

Requirements

• Valid  driver’s license with a clean driving record 
• 1+  year of professional driving experience 
• High   school diploma or GED 
• Ability  to meet physical demands of the role
