What You'll Own
• Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing sales team — building careers, not just closing deals
• Drive a hospitality-first culture where every guest interaction reflects the Mercedes-Benz standard
• Own sales performance: set strategy, analyze data, and turn insights into results
• Partner with leadership on inventory management, turn rates, and departmental profitability
• Stay ahead of luxury automotive market trends in one of the most discerning markets in the US
• Ensure full compliance with dealership policies, documentation standards, and applicable regulations
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years as an Automotive Sales Manager — OR 5+ years in an F&I or Floor Manager role at a volume or luxury dealership
• Proven track record hitting sales targets and building high-trust, high-performing teams
• Fluency with luxury customers — you understand what they expect before they say it
• Strong command of CRM tools and data-driven sales management
• The emotional intelligence and integrity that makes people want to follow you
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where accountability is the norm, not the exception
