About the Job
We’re looking for a hardworking Laborer to support our telecom construction crews with landscape restoration and site cleanup in Macomb, MI. This role is hands-on, outdoors, and essential to leaving every job site clean, safe, and restored after underground utility work.
What You’ll Do
- Backfill, grade, and level areas where utilities were installed
- Reseed and restore disturbed ground
- Install erosion control materials (straw, matting, silt fence)
- Remove dirt, debris, and materials from job sites
- Operate basic hand tools and small equipment (rakes, shovels, compactors, etc.)
- Follow all safety procedures and traffic control requirements
- Assist crews with additional field tasks as needed
