Position Overview
GNS Electric is seeking a highly organized and bilingual (English/Spanish) HR & Workforce Coordinator to support daily administrative and workforce operations. This role will play a critical part in coordinating manpower across multiple active job sites, while assisting with HR functions such as onboarding, scheduling, and employee tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Workforce Coordination
- Assist in coordinating manpower across 30–40 active job sites with varying requirements
- Work closely with the General Superintendent to track and manage workforce schedules
- Collect and maintain 6-week schedules from field teams
- Help organize and maintain scheduling data in Excel
HR & Administrative Support
- Support onboarding processes, including documentation and badging
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assist with interview coordination
- Maintain accurate employee records and data entry
- Assist with performance review tracking and documentation
- Provide administrative support to HR and field leadership
Operational Support
- Help ensure proper staffing levels for each project based on job requirements
- Track workforce allocation and assist in adjusting manpower as needed
- Support internal communication between field teams and office staff
Qualifications
Required:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle large volumes of information across multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Background or interest in Human Resources, Administration, or Workforce Coordination
- Experience in construction, electrical, or similar industries
- Experience with scheduling, staffing, or coordination roles
