Our team specializes in MEP service, repairs, and 24/7 emergency support for commercial facilities, delivering reliable solutions our clients depend on. 

We are currently seeking a Construction Skilled Laborer to support commercial tenant improvement projects in retail environments. This role involves demolition, carpentry, drywall, painting, and finish work. Candidates should have at least three years of commercial construction experience and be comfortable working a variety of shifts, including nights as needed.

This position follows a Monday through Friday daytime schedule, with occasional overnight and travel requirements.

Work Responsibilities

• Demo walls, cabinets, counter tops, masonry and interior doors
• Install wood carpentry, framing, and cabinetry
• Install flooring as needed
• Cut, install or repair drywall includes taping and mudding
• Hang interior doors and install casing or trim
• Prepare and clean-up job sites for painting
• Paint repairs and properly dispose of painting materials
• Provide updates to foreman and supervisors regarding estimated time of completion on repairs or upgrades
• Report inventory on materials and supplies to supervisors
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed

• Three or more years of recent skilled construction experience
• Possess trade and hand tools to perform the work
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient English communication skills to write reports and emails
• A valid and insurable driving recording
• Pass a pre-employment drug test
