PAY RANGE: $14.00-$22.00
ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS: Your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, $140.00 Employee plus family.
JOB SUMMARY: The Coffee Shop manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in executing the mission, vision and purpose for the Coffee Shop. He/she oversees operations and staffing for the Coffee Shop within the grocery store. Manages Coffee Shop products and sales, suggests changes to inventory and pricing, and purchases supplies when needed; monitors quality of goods and service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: delivering of quality products; directing, coordinating, leading and training of entire staff; measure and review business trends; work within a given yearly budget; maximize sales/profitability and control expenses; control inventory and limit shortages. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of customer service.
- Ensure Coffee shop product is of highest quality and freshness.
- Train, develop, and communicate with staff as well as assess performance on a regular basis.
- Implement and maintain customer service standards.
- Plan and assign daily goals, tasks, and assignments. Assure proper completion through follow-up.
- Assist in monitoring sales performance through the analysis of sales reports and comparison-shopping. Assist in adjusting strategies.
- Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform other duties and projects as required by management
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to communicate with associates and customers.
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run department.
- Ability to climb ladders.
- Ability to move or transfer merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-50 pounds.
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
