Focus: Project Governance, Documentation, and Schedule Tracking.
Role Overview
Working directly under the Project Manager for Assembly, you will serve as the "central nervous system" for the construction phase. Your goal is to ensure completeness of documentation, track milestones, and manage the deficiency punch lists to ensure a successful handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule Tracking: Monitor project milestones daily; identify and report deviations to leadership immediately.
- Documentation Management: Ensure all "as-built" drawings, manuals, and SOPs are accurate, complete, and filed correctly.
- Deficiency Tracking: Lead the recording and management of defects using the MGU-I-B09-34 checklist and ensure supplier accountability.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive construction progress reports every 3 weeks for plant leadership.
- Safety & Risk: Participate in PFMEA and safety validations (LOTO, light curtains, emergency stops).
- Handover: Facilitate FAT/SAT (Factory/Site Acceptance Tests) and ensure the Final Handover Package is audit-ready.

Required Qualifications
- Project Management: Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial construction projects.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills for liaising between general contractors and internal project teams.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with OSHA, ANSI, or CE machine safety standards.
- Tools: High skills in MS Project/Excel and project management software (Jira/Confluence).
