JOB TITLE: National Service Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Service 

REPORTS TO: Service Manager and Technical Service Manager

FLSA STATUS: Exempt


JOB SUMMARY:

The National Service Coordinator is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of national accounts and coordinating service and repair on signage products with technicians. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promptly responds to service and repair requests via telephone, email, and third-party platforms.
  • Collaborates with clients to identify service and repair needs, obtains necessary details to develop proper solutions, and utilizes company network of vendors for implementation in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Organizes, schedules, and documents work activities in close coordination with vendors to ensure services are performed in a timely manner.
  • Develops and maintains a competent understanding of Company products, their functions, and alternatives.
  • Resolves issues and problems that arise throughout the duration of the service ticket life cycle.
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Works with field crews to ensure that all aspects of the service work order are complete to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Prepares quotations and purchase orders.
  • Collects completion documents (i.e. customer satisfaction signoffs, completion photos, etc.) and prepares invoicing for customers.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the service department. 
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience coordinating and scheduling commercial service requests in the sign industry or similar contracting industry preferred (i.e. facility services, construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and via email.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, and multitask efficiently.
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases.
  • Excellent organizational skills, coordination ability, and attention to detail.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
