What you’ll be doing:

• Talking with homeowners who have already shown interest in our services (no cold calling!)
• Helping customers understand their lawn care needs in a simple, friendly way
• Creating quotes and guiding customers through their options
• Following up and building relationships to earn their business
• Staying organized by keeping customer information up to date

What We’re Looking For:

• An eager and proactive learner, excited to grow their skills and take on new challenges
• A genuine desire to help customers achieve their property goals
• Previous customer-facing or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using technology and keeping information organized (we’ll train you on our systems)
• No lawn care experience needed — we’ll teach you everything you need to know
