Job Title: Service Acquisition Specialist

Reports To: Internet Sales Manager


SUMMARY 

Butler Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is essential in driving service department growth by proactively connecting with customers, building relationships, and promoting service opportunities that enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Proactively contact current and previous customers to encourage service appointments
  • Follow up with customers regarding maintenance recommendations, recalls, and service specials
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Build strong, ongoing customer relationships to increase repeat business
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with service advisors and management to meet department goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and digital communication

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
