Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist will support and execute recruiting efforts across our rapidly growing organization. This individual contributor role is critical to sourcing and securing top talent, with a strong emphasis on hiring to support our greenhouse roles in Operations, Maintenance, Growing, Water Tech, FSQA and Safety. This hybrid position is based out of our McAdoo, PA facility, with an expectation to be onsite two days per week.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization, including new greenhouse locations.
- Support back up recruitment efforts for select exempt-level and corporate positions as needed.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored sourcing and recruiting strategies.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and track key recruiting metrics to help evaluate and improve hiring performance.
- Assist in development of best recruiting practices across organization and support consistency and compliance in practices across all Little Leaf Farms locations.
- Represent Little Leaf Farms at career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.
Requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience with both non-exempt and exempt-level roles.
- Prior experience recruiting in manufacturing, high-growth, or multi-site environments preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple openings and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite in McAdoo, PA, minimum two days per week.
- Travel to other greenhouse campuses as needed, up to 25%.
Salary Description
$70K-85K commensurate with experience plus bonus
