Your Impact

• Guide clients through financing and protection options with professionalism and transparency.
• Structure finance opportunities that deliver value to both clients and the dealership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with premier lenders, banks, and credit unions.
• Partner with sales leaders to deliver a seamless, client-centered purchase experience.
• Ensure every transaction meets the highest standards of compliance and accuracy.
• Mentor and support the sales team on finance products and best practices.

• 2-3 years in the retail automotive industry 
• Minimum of 1 year finance manager experience with proven track record 
• Strong Negotiation and presentation skills 
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends 
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product offerings. 
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships 
• Professional, well-groomed appearance 
• Background check, reference check, and drug screen required
