What You’ll Do

- Coordinate and manage schedules for Personal Care Aides and nurses to ensure seamless client care

- Communicate real-time updates with caregivers, clients, and families

- Respond to last-minute call-offs and schedule changes

- Monitor visits using EVV systems and ensure compliance and accuracy

- Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate when necessary

- Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation in systems like AlayaCare

- Support team reporting, tracking, and coordination needs

- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

- 1+ year of experience in scheduling, customer service, or home care (EVV/AlayaCare experience preferred)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality service

Salary Description
