Description

The Consumer Support Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional support to Little Leaf Farms consumers through effective communication and issue resolution. They serve as a key point of contact for consumers -- responding to inquiries, addressing product related questions and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience that reflects and strengthens the brand. 

Requirements

 Core Responsibilities:


· Answer and direct incoming phone and email inquiries through Zendesk.

· Track and manage all consumer feedback through Zendesk and Sprout Social.

· Generate weekly, monthly and yearly reports on consumer feedback.

· Escalate urgent feedback to appropriate teams in a timely manner.

· Manage and optimize customer service tools (phone, Zendesk, etc.).

· Mail coupons to consumers on a weekly basis.

 

Qualifications:

· At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster positive relationships with consumers.

· Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software, such as Zendesk.

· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Outlook.

· Time management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.

· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

· Energetic and personable individual with a genuine passion for connecting with people.

· NOTE: This position requires weekend availability, hours per day are flexible.

· Fluent in Spanish is a plus.

Salary Description
Starting Rate $20.00/hour
